Mac/Windows tablet with Oomph!

This one would have gone below my techradar if Tonis Techblog wouldn't have posted about this.(thx Toni!)
Exiting launch of the Modbook@Pro is coming, to US customers at first. That doesnt make it less interesting though.
Running Mac hardware the Modbook @ Pro certainly looks powerful on paper or what say you of these specs:

• Intel HD Graphics 4000 chipset.
•  802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 wireless connectivity capability.
• Built-in 63.5-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery and a 60W MagSafe® power adapter.

The base is a MacBook pro, wich is modified into a 13.3 inch tablet. ModBook provides a one year warranty due to this modification.

Modbook @ Pro can be configured running Mac OS (Mountain Lion shipped with it ) or Windows 7(Sold separetly ) thanks to "BootCamp".

This one is focused on creative people on the move.
