Favi Smartstick taking the lead in stickrace ?

Favi Entertainment are about to release a Smartstick device to transform your TV into a smart one.
Looking at the specs the Smartstick sure seems to be giving some serious bang for the buck with :

-720p, 1080p (HDMI)
-1 GB DDR3 Ram
-4GB / 8GB onboard storage
-Micro SD Card support (Up to 32GB)
-IR remote control support
Running Android 4.0 and with Flash support the Favi Smartstick is now available for preorder at prices starting on $49 for the 4GB version and $79 for the 8GB one.
